Grant access to Import database by normal user through phpmyadmin

When you are using phpmyadmin, normal user can not import the database. Only root user can import the database. To enable import permission for normal database user we need to change the permission of the following folder.

sudo chmod 777 /var/lib/phpmyadmin/tmp

Now, normal users can import database through phpmyadmin.
