This module is used to backup our PBX phone system settings and configurations.This module will backup databases, stored settings, and specified files and directories.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Bitstream Charter', serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Note<\/span>: your backup server and restore server should be on the same version.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Bitstream Charter', serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><b>Backup and Restore module Location<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\"> <span style=\"font-family: 'Bitstream Charter', serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">Log in to the PBX UI.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Bitstream Charter', serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">On the top menu click <\/span><\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Bitstream Charter', serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">Admin<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Bitstream Charter', serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">we will see a list of the current backup jobs we have created, and any that were created by default.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><img loading=\"lazy\" style=\"font-size: medium\">The Backups section of the backup module is where we actually define a backup job.we can create as many backup jobs as we want and set when and how often they should run, what should be included in the backup, and where to store it.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><a name=\"UsingtheBackupmodule-Restores\"><\/a> <span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Bitstream Charter', serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">Restores<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Bitstream Charter', serif\">The Restore section of the backup module is where we restore from a backup. we can restore from a backup on our local computer or from any defined FTP, SSH or Local storage server.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><b style=\"font-size: medium;font-family: 'Bitstream Charter', serif;color: #000000;line-height: 1.5\">\u00a0 Servers<\/b><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Bitstream Charter', serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">The Servers section is where we define any PBX servers or database tables that we want to backup configurations from. we also define Linux boxes or FTP servers we want to store the backups on.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Bitstream Charter', serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><b>\u00a0 Templates<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Bitstream Charter', serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">Templates are used to create groups of files, directories, or databases that we want to include in a backup. On the right side <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Bitstream Charter', serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">we<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Bitstream Charter', serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"> will see a list of standard templates that are included with <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Bitstream Charter', serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">our<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Bitstream Charter', serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"> PBX.
